Junior Chamber Galway is hosting a series of Asian food-tasting events in May. The first one will be the sushi rolls workshop. 

 We have invited Yoshimi san from Wa Sushi to show us how to make the sushi rolls together. She will share with us her startup journey with Wa Sushi as a migrant in Galway from a student to a sushi chef and now a sushi restaurant owner. You will be inspired by her story while rolling your own sushi roll for lunch with miso soup at the same time. Yoshimi san will also share with us some Japanese food culture and you will learn some basic Japanese from her as well.
