Did you enjoy the last two Asian Food workshops last few weeks? Here we go the next one - Xi'An Burger Workshop! We are delighted to have the speakers - Chef Fee Xuan Liew, will also be joining Weifeng Chen, the restaurant manager; and Gabriela Akaki from one of the most popular Chinese food restaurants in Galway City - Xi'An Street Food.

This Thursday we are going to learn to make the Xi'An Burger (Roujiamo) together and enjoy some other signature foods from Xi'An Street Food as well. Roujiamo is considered the Chinese equivalent to the Western hamburger and meat sandwiches. Roujiamo is considered to be one of the world's oldest types of hamburgers since the bread or the "mo" dates back to the Qin dynasty (221–206 BC) and the meat to the Zhou dynasty (1045–256 BC).
